Hailing from Arkansas, she started her adventures into costuming with participating in her high schools theater program. Through a series of fortunate events Samantha went from the chorus line to wardrobe head. She loved the thrill of quick changes but also the beauty and creativity that went into costuming.

Samantha received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Theatre from Arkansas State University. She moved to the sunny Orlando Florida to work as an apprentice at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre and moved up to a First hand/ lead stitcher. Samantha has worked as an Onboard Stitcher for Norwegian Cruise Line and as a Costume Specialist at Universal Studios Orlando. Summers have been spent around the country from Shenandoah Summer Musical(2014) to Texas Shakespeare(2015) to Illinois Shakespeare(2017) to Colorado Shakespeare (2019).

Currently Samantha is working on her MFA in Costume Technology from the University of Texas at Austin. She looks for opportunities to grow and enjoys talking about making.
